EverFit was founded on a shared passion for changing how we age. As a team with backgrounds in care, fitness, healthcare, and communications, we saw the same frustrating pattern - support often comes too late.
So we set out to create something better: a practical, evidence-based programme that focuses on movement, nutrition, and cognitive wellbeing.
EverFit is our way of helping people stay strong, mobile, and independent for longer - while also supporting the carers and professionals who walk alongside them. Because we believe ageing well should be possible for everyone.

Ian Willis
Founder and Director
Ian Willis founded EverFit after more than a decade leading a home care company, where he saw the limitations of reactive care. Determined to create a proactive solution, he drew on his experience in strategy, service delivery, and health innovation to design a model that helps older adults stay strong and independent for longer.
Ian is driven by the belief that ageing should be about empowerment, not decline. With EverFit, he aims to lead a movement that shifts care from crisis response to prevention—improving lives while challenging the way society approaches ageing and long-term health.
